Creation Partner to Founders

The world doesn’t need another business. It needs what only you can create.

You did not come here to build a better version of somebody else’s idea. You came with something original. The question is whether you have actually built it yet. I read the patterns beneath the founder and the business — then partner with you to create from them.

The Original Factory

This is what the work looks like.

A minute, no words needed. Sound on if you have it.

Two founders walk through this door

You’ve built something.
But is it yours?

Maybe you have built a business most people would envy. The revenue is there. The reputation is there. And it asks you to keep being a version of yourself you are no longer interested in being.

Or maybe you never fitted the mould at all. You see things other people do not. Your ideas refuse to sit in neat boxes. And what exists in your imagination has not yet become what exists in the world.

One has built success without full self-expression. The other has originality without its full expression in the market.

Neither one needs another formula.

Both need to find what is genuinely theirs to create.

What gets read

Two blueprints, not one.

Most business advice begins with the business. I begin with the creator. A company carries the consciousness of whoever founded it — so we read both, and then we read the distance between them, because that is usually where the ceiling is.

Your own blueprint: what you are built to make, how you are built to decide, where your originality actually sits and what it costs you to keep it quiet.

The company read the same way, from its name: what it is built to sell, the money model underneath it, the role it needs you in, and the leak.

The free Founder’s Codex is the short version of the first one. The full one reads it properly, in depth.

What comes out of it

Then we build with what we find.

This is not a reading you file away. It is the brief for everything you make next.

  • Brand identity
  • Names
  • Products
  • Offers
  • Messaging
  • Campaigns
  • Launches
  • The next big idea

Who is in the room

I didn’t learn creation from a textbook.

I spent 16 years in the corporate world before I walked away from a six-figure career. I lived in a caravan, £30k (about $40k) in debt. I built a seven-figure brand from there.

Since then I have built courses, programmes, intellectual property, communities and companies — and read the blueprints underneath a great many other people’s.

  • 15,000+ blueprints personally decoded
  • 400+ entrepreneurs recoded
  • 200+ practitioners trained
  • Eleven years reading

I know what it is to create from nothing. I also know what it is to outgrow something I worked extraordinarily hard to build.

Building taught me how. Outgrowing it taught me what was worth building.

The work itself

Original Creation. By Design.

A reading can reveal a pattern. A pattern is not a business. An idea needs a form, a vision needs a proposition, and originality needs a way to reach the people it is for.

So your blueprint gets deliberately built into the brand, the offers, the names and the message — until what you put into the world is unmistakably yours before anyone has read a word of it. We do not stop at finding what makes you original. We create with it.

Working with me

I don’t mentor founders.
I partner with them.

One to one, for a day, three months or twelve. Three places per cohort, by application. I read every application myself, and I turn people down — usually because the timing is wrong, not the person.

Two ways in: the private partnership, or Build With Me — direct access to me, my expertise and my methods.

What could only you create?

Start with your free Founder’s Codex — your operating system on one card, read from all four systems. The private work is by application.
