Version 2 — effective 30 October 2026. Changes from the previous version: the registered office has been updated from Torquay to Exeter, and clause 3.5 has been added, stating that the free Identity Codex is provided as information and not as advice. Nothing else has been altered.
These are the terms and conditions applicable to a purchase of any web or digital products from Ariella Juno Indigo or The Success Encryption LTD.
If you do not agree with anything contained within these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with purchasing the digital web products.
They describe the terms on which we will sell the digital web products to you.
This introduction is designed to give you an overview of the terms and conditions, but it is not part of the terms and conditions themselves.
The web products are provided by The Success Encryption LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11558908, and with registered office at Centenary House, Peninsula Park, Rydon Lane, Exeter, EX2 7XE, United Kingdom (the "Company").
2.1 You agree to purchase the Web Products from us on these terms and conditions, by proceeding to make a payment for the Web Products. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your welcome email, confirming participation in the Web Products; otherwise, these terms and conditions will apply to your purchase.
2.2 These terms and conditions are our entire agreement. No previous statements or representations that we have made to you form part of these terms and conditions unless they are written into it. This includes samples, drawings, advertising, catalogues and other promotional or descriptive material.
2.3 If either of us needs to give the other a notice under these terms and conditions ("Notice"), the Notice must be given properly to be effective. Clause 10.4 explains how to give a proper Notice.
2.4 We will ensure that the following information is given or made available to you prior to you purchasing the Web Products, unless such information is already apparent from the context of the transaction:
2.4.1 The main characteristics of the Web Products;
2.4.2 Our identity and contact details;
2.4.3 The total price for the Web Products;
2.4.4 The functionality, including appropriate technical protection measures, of digital content; and
2.4.5 Where applicable, any relevant compatibility of digital content with hardware and software that we are aware of or might reasonably be expected to be aware of.
3.1 The Web Products are available as downloadable pre-recorded meditations, trainings or any other form of information share to be used by you.
3.2 By purchasing the Web Products, and therefore agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm and acknowledge that the content of the Web Products belongs to the Company and may not be reused for any purpose other than for your education as part of the Web Products.
3.4 We may change the content of the Web Products at any time, in our total discretion, and such change will not entitle you to a refund of the price of the Web Products.
3.5 The Identity Codex, the Founder's Codex and any other free reading we provide are offered as information only. They are not advice, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Any decision you take after reading one is your own.
4.1 The Web Products will be delivered via email or a downloadable link. Following purchase of the Web Products, you will receive an email with the details to download the product.
4.3 If we refuse to deliver the Web Products, you may treat these terms and conditions as being at an end and we will reimburse you without undue delay. Alternatively, you may, instead of treating these terms and conditions as being at an end, specify a new delivery time or time period. If we continue to fail to deliver the Web Products, you may treat these terms and conditions as being at an end and we will reimburse you without undue delay.
4.4 We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Web Products are available for use by you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to any planned, unscheduled and emergency maintenance of the systems used to deliver the Web Products.
4.5 You are responsible for ensuring that the platform used to deliver the Web Products is compatible with your network, hardware and systems.
4.6 We do not warrant that your use of the Web Products will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5.1 On the basis that the Web Products are digital content that may be materially consumed upon delivery to you, the consumer warranties and rights to cancel ordinarily applicable to the purchase of goods do not apply to these Web Products.
5.2 However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and, if there is an issue with the Web Products, we encourage you to bring this to our attention so we can do our best to remedy the situation. We will only offer a refund in exceptional circumstances, and the decision to do so is solely ours.
5.3 If the Web Products are faulty (i.e. the software provided does not function), you are entitled to reject the Web Products within 14 days, but only if the fault has not been caused by your action or inaction.
6.1 The price of the Web Products is stated to you at the time of purchase, whether online or over the phone. This price will be inclusive of Value Added Tax.
6.2 You may pay for the Web Products in one payment, in full, at the time of purchase.
6.3 We accept the following methods of payment:
6.3.1 Via bank transfer. Our bank details are given on your invoice.
6.3.2 Via PayPal.

7.1 All of the content in the Web Products is the intellectual property of the Company, and shall only be used by participants in the Web Products for the purposes set out on the web page. The content within the Web Products must not be used by you, or any third party as directed by you, for any other purpose whatsoever.
7.2 You may not, in any circumstances, use the wording or phraseology as set out in the Web Products in your own business.

8.2 These terms and conditions do not limit our legal responsibility for death, personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees, agents or sub-contractors, fraud, defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, breach of the requirements that our Web Products be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, match a sample, or match a model seen; or any other matter that the law says we can't exclude (for example under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
8.3 Neither of us will be legally responsible to the other for failure or delay in carrying out these terms and conditions which is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, which we could not have foreseen or which was unavoidable. This includes industrial disputes, energy or transport failures, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest (such as riots), explosions, mechanical breakdown, natural disasters, deliberate damage, or being let down by suppliers or sub-contractors.
8.4 We only supply Web Products for your educational use.
8.5 We do not warrant that the Web Products are accredited by any organisation other than the Company or in any particular country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Web Products can be used to work as a practitioner within your jurisdiction.

9.4 We will comply fully with the Data Protection Legislation in relation to the delivery of the Web Products. Please see our privacy policy for more information on how we handle your personal data: https://www.ariellaindigo.com/privacy
10.1 We are allowed to transfer our rights and responsibilities under these terms and conditions to someone else, for example by assignment, a legal charge or subcontracting our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions, but you may not do any of these things unless we have previously agreed in writing that you can.
10.2 Nobody other than we and you may rely on any terms of these terms and conditions.
10.3 We may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time, so please check back regularly to ensure you remain up to date with the content of these terms and conditions.
10.4 If either of us wishes to give a notice to the other under these terms and conditions, we must give it in writing and either email it, deliver it or send it by first class post to the other's registered office (or another address specifically given to the sender for this purpose). Delivery by post will be regarded as completed by 9:00 am on the second day after posting. Delivery by email will be regarded as completed at the time of transmission. This arrangement does not apply to the service of any documents in legal proceedings.
10.5 Delay in exercising a right under these terms and conditions will not take away that right or any other right.
10.6 We always welcome feedback from our customers and, whilst we always use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your experience as a customer of ours is a positive one, we nevertheless want to hear from you if you have any cause for complaint.
10.7 The parties will use their best efforts to negotiate in good faith and settle any dispute that may arise out of or relate to these terms and conditions or any breach of it.
