Private work with Ariella
You’ve already proved you can build a business. Now let’s build one that’s worthy of who you’ve become.
One to one · a day, three months or twelve · three places per cohort
You’ve outgrown the identity that built this.
And it goes in seven-stage cycles — for you, and for the business you built while you were standing in one of them. We find where you are, name the identity that got you here, and rebuild what you do commercially around the one you actually are now.
I work privately with a handful of founders who are done squeezing themselves into a business they’ve outgrown. We decode the identity running you and the consciousness running your company, expose what’s been capping it, then rebuild the architecture around who you actually are. Your positioning. Your offers. Your pricing. Your timing. Your presence.
Not another strategy to execute.
A business that finally fits the person building it.
This is identity architecture, not coaching, mentoring or therapy. Your birth name and birth date produce a chart of seven positions. So does your company’s registered name. Read together, they show what you are built to create, what the business is built to carry, and where the two are fighting each other — which is nearly always where the ceiling sits.
We name that, take it apart, and rebuild what you do commercially around who you actually are. Private sessions, a full day together, and a written read of your blueprint at the start and at the end, so the change is on paper and not just in how you feel. How much of that you want is the only real decision: a single day, three months, or a full twelve.
The architecture
Phase I
Where it starts
Your blueprint read in full, and the pattern behind the ceiling named out loud. Not the symptom you came in describing — the thing underneath it that has been choosing for you.
Phase II
The long middle
Session by session, and by voice note between them, we take the pattern apart: what it was built to protect, where it still fires, and what it feels like in your body when it does. You start catching it in real time.
Phase III
The day it moves
One full day together — London, a destination, or online. A morning intensive, a long lunch, and an afternoon of embodied work. This is the day the thing actually moves rather than being understood. It is also the one piece you can take on its own.
Phase IV
Where it holds
New defaults, installed and held until they stop being effortful. We track what changes where it counts: income, relationships, your body, and how visible you are willing to be. This is the part that needs real time, and the reason the twelve-month exists.
How long
Same work, same method, same hands. The only question is how far you want it to go — and I will tell you honestly which one your chart says you need.
One day
The Decode Day
Phase three on its own. A morning intensive, a long lunch, an afternoon of embodied work — London, a destination, or online.
For the person who already knows what the pattern is and needs it moved rather than explained again.
Blueprint Report included. Nothing ongoing afterwards unless you want it.
Three months
Decode and dismantle
Private sessions, access between them, your Decode Day, and a written read of your blueprint at the start.
Long enough to name the pattern and take it apart. Long enough to feel the difference. Not long enough to make the new thing automatic.
For a specific ceiling, with a specific thing on the other side of it.
Twelve months
The whole arc
All four phases. Private sessions throughout, access between them, your Decode Day, a Blueprint Report at the start and a final read at the end, and complimentary access to any group programme I run while you are in it.
This is the one where the business gets rebuilt rather than adjusted.
Three places per cohort, because of what it asks of me.
Session counts, dates and the exact shape of each are agreed with you on acceptance — I would rather build it round what you actually need than sell you a number off a page.
Fit
This is the expensive end of what I do and it only holds for a particular kind of person. So, plainly:
You’re a successful entrepreneur whose income has plateaued and the usual levers have stopped moving it.
You’re a leader in a role that no longer fits the person you’ve become.
You’re a high achiever whose body has started sending the bill — and you know what that is.
You’re stepping into more visibility or more scale and you can feel something in you bracing against it.
You’re in a real transition, or you’ve done the other work and nothing held.
You want strategy, marketing or business consulting. That’s a different purchase and plenty of people do it well.
You want someone to fix you. I’ll read you and hold the room. The choosing stays yours.
You can’t commit to the term you pick. The dismantling is not safe to start and abandon halfway.
You’re weighing the price without weighing what staying exactly as you are costs over the same stretch of time.
You want the insight without the embodiment. Understanding your pattern changes nothing. I’ve watched it change nothing for years.
I turn people down. Usually because the timing is wrong, not the person.
Investment
Scaled to the term you take, with the option of a single payment or instalments. The exact figure and the plan are shared on acceptance, because the scope is agreed with you rather than sold off a page.
I’d rather you decided after we’ve spoken and you know precisely what you’re buying. There is no pressure in that conversation and no second call to sell you again.
Apply
I read every application myself. If we’re a fit, we have a thirty-minute conversation. If we’re not, I’ll tell you, and usually tell you what would be.
